HOW TO BECOME A 2008 SPONSOR
The Goulburn Show supports itself by generating our own revenue as
well as promoting our great city, local business and providing the Southern
Tablelands community with a premier event. The show society does this by our
hardworking volunteers and local people who give freely of their time. Sponsors
of course, play a large part.
We cannot do this without the generosity of sponsorship and for that we are very
grateful. We would like to tell you how the benefits of being a sponsor can not
only help your business, but also help the Goulburn community and surrounding
region at the same time.
Each year the Goulburn Show grows both in numbers through the gate and
exhibitors. Last year we recorded nearly 10,000 gate entries. In addition to
this we now hold a full point rodeo as well as our inaugural field day that has
already attracted a number of exhibitors. Our objective is to showcase
businesses to the local community as well as visitors to our city. This year we
had more out of town visitors than ever before due to our target marketing.
We are committed to showcasing rural excellence throughout the community and the
success of our show depends on attracting and maintaining the highest standard
of exhibits, entries and attractions to all sections of the show. Encouraging
quality entries needs incentives such as worthwhile prizes and trophies, proving
a large burden on our resources.
If you should choose to support and sponsor the Goulburn Show, we can offer you
a range of advertising opportunities. The cost of sponsorship is flexible and
the level of advertising is determined by your contribution.
Of course sponsorship does not have to be financial, we are appreciative of any
donation or sponsorship in kind.
The Goulburn Show is to be held Saturday 5th and Sunday 6th
April 2008.
